Van Campen Motors is actively searching for a Service Advisor who is friendly, reliable, ambitious, adaptable and motivated to join our committed service team!

Experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Reynolds & Reynolds preferred but not required.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Ensure each customer has a positive dealership experience
• Possess high interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with both clients and employees in person, on the phone and through email
• Interact with multiple service clients in person daily, by telephone, text and email.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.
• Be organized, professional and courteous
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Must be able to multi task and possess time management and prioritization skills
• Strive to be Goal Orientated and self-motivated.
