Qualifications:
- Reynolds & Reynolds preferred but not required.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Ensure each customer has a positive dealership experience
- Possess high interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with both clients and employees in person, on the phone and through email
- Interact with multiple service clients in person daily, by telephone, text and email.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.
- Be organized, professional and courteous
- Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
- Must be able to multi task and possess time management and prioritization skills
- Strive to be Goal Orientated and self-motivated.
